Carryout Order (Delivery/Pick-Up)
After order is confirmed:
1. If pick-up service is selected, our Customer Service Staff will dial the contact telephone no. as input by the Customer to confirm shop location and time of pick-up. ** There is no minimum spending requirement.
2. If delivery service is selected, our Customer Service Staff will dial the contact telephone no. as input by the Customer to confirm delivery address and time of delivery. ** Please refer to "3. Delivery Charge".
3. Delivery Charge - Free delivery is provided for each order with spending of HK$2800 or above. Otherwise, a delivery charge of HK$200 applies.
4. Delivery Area - Delivery area is restricted to delivery address (postal box excluded) within 1 kilometer perimeter of any station of the domestic railway network operated by the MTR of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Delivery hours are between 10:00am and 6:00pm, Monday to Saturday.
5. Delivery service is suspended when Typhoon No. 8 (or above) or Black Rainstorm signal as announced by the Hong Kong Observatory is in effect.
6. Prior to the signing off by the Customer or Recipient with a signature on the delivery-note, Ah Yat Harbour View Restaurant remains fully responsible for the products. However, once signed off, the Customer or Recipient immediately assumes full responsibility. If, for any reason whatsoever, the Customer or Recipient is unable or refuses to sign off as requested by our Delivery Staff, the products will not be handed over to the Customer or Recipient and in the circumstances, Ah Yat Harbour View Restaurant reserves the right to withdraw and cancel the delivery without refund and will not be liable for any loss or damage that may result.
