1. Payment

We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Paypal and direct bank deposit. In opting for online payment, the Customer thereby confirms to be the card holder/account holder or authorized user. If the card issuer or internet payment company should, for any reason whatsoever, decline to approve/process the payment in the proper manner, Ah Yat Harbour View Restaurant shall not be held liable for any late delivery and/or non-delivery of the order.

All transactions are according to Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) to ensure a safe and secure purchasing experience.

2. Acceptance of Order

When the Customer inputs personal information, payment information and submits the order, we will issue an e-mail to acknowledge receipt of the order. This e-mail is merely to confirm receipt of the order and does not in any way constitute an acceptance of the order. Acceptance of order takes place at the time we confirm delivery to the Customer and once the Customer or Recipient signs off the delivery-note with a signature, the contract between the Customer and Ah Yat Harbour View Restaurant is deemed fulfilled and complete (all risks in the products are passed to the Customer immediately thereafter). Ah Yat Harbour View Restaurant reserves the right to decline acceptance of any order at its sole and absolute discretion.
